Terra Feminina
Tonight I completed another milestone in my rapid dizzying ascension into photography.
I've been invited by Coty Prestige - one of the companies I work for - to display my photography at a "Look Good, Feel Better" cancer charity fundraiser.
The theme for this shoot was "the feminine landscape", of which derived the name of the piece: "Terra Feminina". This photo shoot involves close crops of curves of my model's body.
This is an exciting development but a nerve wracking one as well. Not only will this be the first display of my work at a show, but it'll be with a type of photography I basically just learned in the past few hours. A little frightening but definitely worth the stimulating rush I'll have of having my work shown off in public.
The model left my studio a few hours ago and I've had a chance to review the photos and tweak them to a point where I laid back and was awed at how they came out.
I can't share them with you just yet, as I still need to have the model's approval before making any photo public, but stay tuned as they'll be on here real soon.
